Jon does not work from theory. Before founding L&J, he spent years running a civil construction firm in Alaska. He operated in high-stakes environments where poor structure was a liability. He brings that same operating discipline to his advisory work. He is based in Alaska and works with leaders across the country.

Lori is the firm’s filter. She pairs a project manager’s precision with a rare ability to see through the noise of a heavy organization. She is the partner who ensures the strategy makes it into the calendar.

Lori’s background includes decades of operating experience in service-driven organizations where accountability and follow-through matter. At L&J, she shapes how the firm thinks about structure and what sustainable leadership requires.
